Mindful Team Culture: Transformative Team Building (2 days)
This 2 day workshop will utilise a team building approach to strengthen team culture and explore how conflict can be resolved mindfully + constructively within teams. We will explore what makes a team healthy, how team strengths can be incorporated to create a positive vision + how a transformative plan of action can be implemented in the workplace.
Members of the APS, the AASW + ACWA may also receive CPD hours toward their professional development requirements.
NB/ We can facilitate in-house training workshops virtually via Zoom or F2F (in-person).
Learning Outcomes
- Identify the elements of a healthy/ unhealthy work or team culture.
- Explore both the strengths and the specific issues that are currently impacting on the team culture – and how these can be enhanced and/ or resolved.
- Explore the concept of psychological safety.
- Explore the DISC model of work styles and how they impact on the team culture
- Explore above the line / below the line behaviours to create a new standard of acceptable (+ celebrated behaviour) and unacceptable behaviour.
- Explore 4 practical workplace themes that can be incorporated directly into the workplace to transform the culture.
- Explore the team culture vision
- Identify team values and the necessary behaviour alignment to support team identity and collaboration.
- Explore a Difficult Conversation model to use as a team
- Understand the importance of Mindfulness in creating a healthy and dynamic team culture
- Identify a plan of action incorporating SMART goals that will move the team/ organisation forward to create a healthy and positive work culture.

Mindful Team Culture: Proactive Team Building (1.5 day)
This 1.5 day workshop will utilise a team building approach to enable teams to proactively + mindfully strengthen their workplace culture. We will explore what makes a team healthy + high-performing, the importance of a proactive team culture, the current strengths, the existing issues impacting upon the team, the organisational values + ‘lived’ behaviour alignment, transformative team vision-setting and action plan implementation.

Mindful Team Culture: Celebration!
This 1-day workshop is all about team celebration, mindful resilience + fun! This interactive session will explore the essential role of mindfulness in developing + sustaining workplace resilience and the living of organisational values + behaviours in building a collaborative team culture. We also celebrate individual + team strengths and achievements. This all happens within the context of a whole lot of fun + interaction!

- Understand what resilience is and the common psychosocial stressors + neurological responses which can impact workplace wellbeing.

- Learn the scientific practice of mindfulness to develop insight + awareness to recognise stress indicators and prompt resilient action.

Mindful Team Culture: Leadership Intensive (2 days)
This 2 day workshop is an opportunity for the leadership team to build team cohesion and co-create a Mindful Team Culture. We will explore the role of mindfulness, team strengths + issues, alignment between values + behaviours and implement a transformative plan of action into the workplace. All with a lot of fun + team building along the way! The Leadership Intensive can be facilitated as an in-house workshop or as an off-site retreat.
